Landmark District Commission

If you’re planning on doing any work to the exterior of your property in the South End, you should contact the South End Landmark District Commission to confirm if approval for the work is necessary. The Commission’s jurisdiction includes all front facades, roofdecks (when visible from a public way), and building sides and rear elevations (when visible from a public way or public open space).
